We aim to processes all orders within 24 hours from the time in which your order is placed . Please note that all orders placed after 3 pm AWST on a Friday and over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. Any order placed on public holidays will be shipped on the next day of business.

During any sale period dispatch times may be delayed for up to 48 hours for all items purchased on sale.


ooh la la offers two domestic shipping options. Standard and Express.

Standard delivery is complimentary for all order over $100 AUD delivered within Australia.

  • $15 AUD Express Delivery 1-3 Business days
  • $10 AUD Standard Delivery 2-5 Business days

*Free shipping does not apply to sale items. In this case a flat rate of $10 will be charged.


International orders are processed by ooh la la within 24 hours and are sent via DHL express with full accessible tracking.

ooh la la offers free complimentary shipping on any order over $500 AUD, any orders will incur a flat rate of $40 AUD.

Isolated countries and regions may not be covered by DHL Express network. Please not if you fall outside of the exclusion your package will be shipped via Australia Registered International Post. If you have any concerns please contact us on

A daytime address and valid mobile number must be provided on all International orders. All orders required signature upon delivery.


International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are being shipped. These fees are the responsibility of the recipients to pay upon delivery. ooh la la has no control over the processing time by Customs in each country. If you have any queries about customs clearance times, taxes and duties please check with the applicable customs to the country in which the order will be sent.


ooh la la is unable to deliver to postal forwarding companies.

If you decide to refuse any shipments from ooh la la, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your purchase refund.

Any claim for shortage in supply or damage to the items ordered must be notified to ooh la la within 3 days of receiving the goods. Claims after this period cannot be accepted.
